- “The agent I dealt with was very friendly and helpful. Probably the most upbeat and efficient I’ve ever dealt with in the rental/moving industry! Unfortunately I never got her name, but she was working around 11:00 am both visits. Thanks, U-Haul! :)”
- “Initially they didn’t have the size truck I wanted, however, they assured me that they would have one on the day I needed it OR they would give me the bigger truck for the same price. Sure enough they had the truck and the process was exceptionally easy.”
